Membership of the Institution is open to the people practicing in the professions subscribing to the aims and objectives of the Institution, or those persons pursuing professional studies related to the surveying profession and are constituted in a manner consistent with the policies thereof. There are four classes of membership of the Institution namely:- Full member, affiliated members, Corporate members and honorary members. Full members include fellows, professional and associate members as fully-fledged members. Affiliated members include those other members in the categories of graduates, technicians and students A register is maintained for all classes of members who on election are required to sign the register. Fellows and Professional Members are issued with Diplomas defining their classes
